Lynka business operations continue: Covid-19 update

Dear Clients & Friends,

I am writing to you with regards to the COVID-19 outbreak which is impacting all of our lives and businesses in Europe and around the world.

Like many other countries, Poland has closed public institutions and schools and is advising people to isolate themselves. Poland was one of the later EU countries to be impacted by coronavirus, with a relatively low number of cases reported so far, although the authorities expect that number to grow.

Manufacturing and distribution businesses here – like ours – are operational with special measures implemented to reduce risks.  Additional good news is that cross-border trade continues uninterrupted, with our shipments to Europe working normally, with each of our regular couriers.

As of March 16, Lynka’s daily operations, production and handling of orders continues.

During this period, we at Lynka will do everything possible to maintain our service to our customers across Europe. We have the capacity in place and hope for normal operations. We are following the latest guidelines from the Government and maintain the necessary daily staffing, in both our warehouse and production.  We have ample stocks, and have thus far, not experienced any supply chain interruptions.

Our sales and customer service teams are all working – mostly remotely from home – and are fully available to provide support and answer any inquiries that you may have.

We are taking this situation very seriously. We will do what we can to keep the business running, while at the same time, showing respect for each other, so that we can together slow the spread of COVID-19. Lynka has been in business since 1992 – and we remain ready to service and support you as we have for 28 years.

Stay safe and keep the faith!
