Dear Friends & Partners,
Sustainability has been an essential part of Lynka for the very early days of the company – long before CSR, ESG and Eco-friendly became „trendy”. And Lynka’s very roots are in community service, charitable activity and being a good corporate citizen.
In 2020 we decided to unite our CSR and ecological activities under our Lynka Cares program which is comprised of four pillars: environment, workplace, community and marketplace. On the pages of the report, you will find highlights of the activities Lynka is engaged in under our Lynka Cares program.
I would like to emphasize our continuous commitment to transparency in every aspect of relations with our stakeholders. Already back in 2013 Lynka submitted itself to external scrutiny by a professional auditors’ team from Worldwide Accredited Responsible Production and is still one of the very few apparel manufacturing companies in Europe that is WRAP certified.
One of Lynka’s most cherished core values is continuous improvement. We routinely and methodically take steps across the company to increase and improve our sustainability every day. The embodiment of our sustainability activities is best evidenced by the fact that in March 2024, Lynka was once again, awarded the Gold medal from EcoVadis, which puts us in the top 5% of the best-rated companies.
Last but not least, in December of 2023 we once again received our GOTS Certification. This distinguished recognition demonstrates that Lynka meets strict requirements as outlined by the standard and is ready to provide customers with digital printing and embroidery solutions that are also now certified organic.
I am proud of Lynka’s sustainable achievements and most of all thankful to our partners and dedicated employees who have contributed to these efforts for more than 30 years.
