WHAT IS
A DIGITAL PROOF?

After placing an order and submitting files prepared for printing according to our specifications, our ART Department will prepare one or more Digital Proofs, depending on the order. A Digital Proof is a PDF file where you can verify that we have accurately understood your instructions.

WHAT INFORMATION CAN I FIND
IN THE DIGITAL PROOF?▾

  • A digital representation of your design applied to the product.
  • Actual dimensions of the print (height and width).
  • Placement of the design on the product.
  • Decoration technique and any special techniques used in the project.
  • Colors used in the design according to your guidelines or our suggestions.

INFORMATION IN THE DIGITAL PROOF

We strive to make our Digital Proofs accurate and clear. However, please keep in mind that these are preview files, and the placement and size of the graphic on the actual T-shirt may slightly vary depending on the product size. We prepare a separate Digital Proof for each type of product.

DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL

If you do not approve the Digital Proof and request significant revisions, we will prepare a new version incorporating your feedback. The first Digital Proof and revision are FREE of charge.

Once the Digital Proof is approved, we proceed with fulfilling your order.

PRINTED SAMPLE

At your request, we can prepare a printed sample on the final product. Samples printed using the screen printing method are usually more expensive because setting up the machines for one T-shirt takes the same amount of time as printing a thousand T-shirts. If you are interested in a more cost-effective alternative, we recommend printing the sample using the DTG (Direct to Garment) method. While this method may not replicate PANTONE colors with 100% accuracy, it will allow you to see how the print looks on the product.

Jak długo trwa przygotowanie symulacji?

Czas od przesłania nam przygotowanych plików do druku do przygotowania symulacji wynosi około 2-3 dni roboczych.

Na życzenie klienta możemy przygotować dodatkową symulację. Przygotowanie kolejnej symulacji wiąże się z dodatkową opłatą.

Jakie są koszty przygotowania próbki drukowanej?

Koszt przygotowania próbki różni się w zależności od wybranego produktu, techniki nadruku, ilości kolorów itp. Skontaktuj się ze swoim przedstawicielem, który przygotuje dla Ciebie wycenę.

Jakie formaty plików są akceptowane do przygotowania symulacji?

Wszystkie potrzebne informacje dotyczące przygotowania plików do druku znajdziesz na naszej stronie.

Czy symulacja uwzględnia rozmieszczenie nadruku na różnych rozmiarach odzieży?

Nie. Symulacja jest jedynie plikiem poglądowym i nie uwzględnia różnych rozmiarów odzieży.

Jak długo trwa realizacja zamówienia po zaakceptowaniu symulacji?

Realizacja zamówienia po akceptacji symulacji może trwać od 1 dnia roboczego do kilkunastu dni. Czas ten zależy od wybranych technik nadruku, ilości produktów i ich dostępności. Informację na temat przewidywanego czasu wysyłki otrzymasz od swojego przedstawiciela CS.
