New customers are required to make a 100% prepayment for the first three orders. By becoming a regular customer, we can work together to establish new payment terms.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the price list of logistics operators and may be subject to change. The exact shipping costs are visible in the order summary before finalization.

Order processing time

Order processing without prints is carried out within the time specified in the product description. However, the shipping time may vary depending on the selected printing and embroidery techniques. In the case of orders consisting of multiple products, processing may take the longest time among the times specified on the cards of all products.

At the moment the goods are handed over to the shipping company, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, this fact should be noted on the delivery note in the presence of the courier.

Personal pickup

It is possible to pick up the goods in person at our warehouse in Skawina: Lynka sp. z.o.o., Majdzika street 16, 32-050 Skawina, Poland. Customers who choose personal pickup do not incur shipping costs.
