INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – FACEBOOK

In connection with the processing of your personal data, we inform you – in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR," that:

I. DATA CONTROLLER

II. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

1. Administering and managing our Facebook fan page, including processing information available on Facebook, to fulfill the agreement by providing electronic services (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

2. Enabling contact with you via the Messenger communication tool (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Conducting analyses and statistics regarding the use of our fan page, solely using statistical tools provided by Facebook, to improve the functionality and quality of our products or services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Conducting marketing activities (direct marketing), organizing promotional campaigns, and other marketing actions on the fan page (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

III. INFORMATION ON THE REQUIREMENT/VOLUNTARINESS OF PROVIDING DATA AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Without providing personal data, it will not be possible to achieve the intended purpose.

IV. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

1. The recipients of your personal data, such as your name, information about likes, information about following the fan page, and the content of comments or posts, will be other users of our fan page, as this is inherent to the nature of Facebook's operations. We do not disclose any other information received from users, e.g., messages sent via Messenger.

2. The recipient of your personal data is also the owner of the Facebook social media platform – Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) under the unchangeable terms of data processing available at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy. 

V. PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

Your personal data will be processed:

a) Until you stop using our fan page – in the case of administering and managing our fan page.

b) Until you delete your comments, in the case of data shared through them.

c) For up to 3 months from the last contact – in the case of messages sent to us via Messenger.

d) Until you withdraw your consent, if the processing is based on your consent, or until you object to the processing.

VI. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

1. Access your personal data.

2. Obtain a copy of your personal data.

3. Rectify your personal data.

4. Erase your personal data.

5. Restrict the processing of your personal data.

6. Object to the processing of your personal data.

7. Withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal – if the processing is based on your consent – in cases and under the conditions specified in the GDPR.

VII. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your personal data is being processed by the Controller in violation of the GDPR.

VIII. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING

No decisions will be made based on your personal data in an automated manner, including profiling.

IX. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Your personal data will not be transferred by us to international organizations or third countries. However, Facebook may transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
